Degree educated with (or working towards) HR qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management roles.
Ideally has experience in eCommerce, startups, IT, or similar industry.
Bi-lingual English and Urdu.
Strong communicator to influence and guide others on HR matters at all levels.
Experience in delivering HR process improvements and compliance.
Enjoys working in fast-paced, demanding environments.

Manage the HR processes to achieve a high-performance culture in terms of attendance, productivity, excellence, standards, company values, and development of people.
Understand and be familiar with all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Payrolls, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR systems, People Services.
Be responsible for effective administrative activities including; medical insurance, Banking facilities, payroll providers, issuance of HR letters, visas, office facilities, supplies, office controls, arrangements for events, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Lead, manage and motivate the HR team to achieve goals and set high standards.
Contribute to the overall HR team ideas, feedback, and planning.
Manage onboarding processes to welcome new starters with comprehensive inductions, and location orientation to enhance the joining experience for greater efficiency and reduce the risk of early attrition.

Manage off-boarding processes to ensure people leave the company efficiently, positively and comply with all procedures and regulations.
