Job Description

  • Degree educated with (or working towards) HR qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management roles.
  • Ideally has experience in eCommerce, startups, IT, or similar industry.
  • Bi-lingual English and Urdu.
  • Strong communicator to influence and guide others on HR matters at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering HR process improvements and compliance.
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced, demanding environments.
  • Previous success in driving change, raising people standards, and leading HR teams.
  • A desire to achieve results, learn and apply HR best practices across a large workforce.

  • Manage the HR processes to achieve a high-performance culture in terms of attendance, productivity, excellence, standards, company values, and development of people.
  • Understand and be familiar with all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Payrolls, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR systems, People Services.
  • Be responsible for effective administrative activities including; medical insurance, Banking facilities, payroll providers, issuance of HR letters, visas, office facilities, supplies, office controls, arrangements for events, and other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Lead, manage and motivate the HR team to achieve goals and set high standards.
  • Contribute to the overall HR team ideas, feedback, and planning.
  • Manage onboarding processes to welcome new starters with comprehensive inductions, and location orientation to enhance the joining experience for greater efficiency and reduce the risk of early attrition.
  • Oversee the management of staff files and documentation for all employees. Maintain records and details for all employees for audit, reporting or inspections.
  • Manage off-boarding processes to ensure people leave the company efficiently, positively and comply with all procedures and regulations.
  • Review the feedback of people's experience both on boarding and exits on a regular basis to continuously improve the Company career journey, brand, and image.
  • Establish performance management processes to have goals and performance measures for all employees. Ensure appraisals and reviews are recorded and meet standards.
  • Help arrange team activities that promote team working and a sense of fun in the company.
  • Develop initiatives and events to recognize, reward, and celebrate high performance.
  • Constantly review the working conditions and wellbeing of employees.
